surprisingly good stay
convenient location pleasant walk on-site parking
i found the location convenient. the town centre was just a short, pleasant walk away. on-site parking was a definite plus, i could easily walk into town without worrying about the car. the breakfast provided was abundant, a perfect way to start the day.
the room was on the smaller side, though it was still very clean.

great location helpful owner free parking
the location was a real plus. it was only a ten-minute walk into town, it made exploring very easy. i also found the free car parking quite useful. lucy, the owner, was very helpful and cute.

Immaculate and Convenient Stay
warm welcome clean room freshly cooked breakfast excellent location
Justin offered a warm welcome upon arrival. My room was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything necessary. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a good choice. The hotel is a short walk to shops and attractions. The River Avon district is close by.
The parking space was a little tight, but the hosts were very accommodating.

Excellent B&B Experience
swift check-in fresh coffee good breakfast
Lucy did a swift and efficient check-in. The room included plenty of coffee, and it was replaced daily. Breakfasts were cooked well and very good. I would return when back in this area. The room was very clean and tidy.
The room was little for three people. Storage for luggage was also little.
