Justin offered a warm welcome upon arrival. My room was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything necessary. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a good choice. The hotel is a short walk to shops and attractions. The River Avon district is close by.
The parking space was a little tight, but the hosts were very accommodating.

Lucy did a swift and efficient check-in. The room included plenty of coffee, and it was replaced daily. Breakfasts were cooked well and very good. I would return when back in this area. The room was very clean and tidy.
The room was little for three people. Storage for luggage was also little.
